The
pristine guest house is tastefully decorated with antiques.
Eleven foot ceilings complete with chandeliers, gives a wonderful
feeling of spaciousness. The duvet cover on the antique bed
matches the cover on the soft and cushy doggie bed. Relax
at the end of the day in the whirlpool tub or prepare a home
cooked meal in the kitchen with granite counter tops.
When you arrive you will be greeted
with complimentary wine, cheese and crackers. For breakfast
the refrigerator has milk, eggs and juice. Muffins or crumpets
will be served with delicious local gourmet jam. The doggie
traveler isn't forgotten either. Dog biscuits are also waiting.

The Granddaddy
Fly-Fishing Experience, LLC, owned and operated by
Rutherford County native Michael L. Yelton, provides full-service
fly-fishing excursions in the beautiful Lake Lure area and
throughout the magnificent waters of Western North Carolina.
Excursions target a variety of species of fish including
trout, smallmouth and largemouth bass, carp, crappie and
bluegill.
All anglers must have a NC Fishing License. You can obtain
a license online by visiting www.ncwildlife.org or by calling
1-888-2HUNTFISH (1-888-248-6834).
